The steel structure of a retail and service pavilion near Zofii Nałkowskiej Street, constructed as part of a retail and service centre. The construction of the pavilion was never completed. In the 1990s, the existing structure was used to build St. Benedict's Church. Next to it is an 18-storey residential block.
