Construction of the Social Organisations House, the seat of, among others, the Poviat Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party (currently the Music Schools Complex is located there). Under way in the area of the future Municipal Park is the assembly of the reinforced concrete structure of the three-storey building, designed on a square footprint with an internal courtyard open from the front.
