The office building of the Voivodship Municipal Building Enterprise (General Building Compound GOP-South after 1974), connected via a gable wall with the building of Miastoprojekt (now Revenue Service). The buildings were built using industrial technologies, including reinforced concrete H frames and walls made of cellular concrete elements. A view from Feliksa Dzierżyńskiego Street (now gen. Stefana Grota Roweckiego). In front of the building, a Jelcz 021 articulated bus, several Syrena passenger cars, a Nysa van and a Star lorry.
