A west view of a fragment of the Presidium of the Municipal National Council (now Tychy City Hall). The arcade of the building's right wing is based on a Y-shape plan. Featured in the background is the Social Organisations House with the seat of, among others, the City Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party, and a fragment of a banking complex.
