A ribbon-cutting ceremony during the commissioning of the sports infrastructure facilities at the stadium in Włodzimierza Lenina Street (now gen. Władysława Andersa Street). The ceremony was attended by Witalis Barański and WPBM employees, students, physical education teachers and coaching staff.
