Storage of prefabricated structural elements and channel floor panels on the premises of a prefabrication plant located along Budowlanych Street (in the vicinity of Housing Estate B). From the early 1950s the plant supplied prefab building materials the construction of Tychy's housing estates. It manufactured external walls made of cellular concrete with window frames, prefabricated transverse walls, channel ceiling panels, prefabricated roofs, chimney elements, PGS masonry blocks for building external walls, and other elements used for the construction of residential units types T-1, T-2, T-3, T-4 and T-5.
