A retail and service pavilion with Orion Café on the first floor, owned by the Oskard Tychy Housing Cooperative. The ground floor of the pavilion housed, among others, a grocery shop operated by the Powszechna Spółdzielnia Społem (Consumers' Food Cooperative). The pavilion was popularly known as Gwiazda (The Star). At present, the first floor houses the Orion Community Club operated by the Oskard Tychy Hosuing Cooperative.
