A retail and service pavilion, which housed Kaskada Cafe Housing Estate F4's Paprocańska Street (from 1968 to 1989 Rewolucji Październikowej Avenue from 1968 to 1989, now Niepodległości Avenue). A new residential block is being built next to the pavilion.
