The 1970-launched building of the Tychy City Hall in Rewolucji Październikowej Avenue (Paprocańska Street until 1968 , now Niepodległości Avenue), which, at the time of launch, was the seat of the Presidium of the Municipal National Council. The building behind it on the right, was the House of Social Organisations, where, among others, the Poviat Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party offices were housed (now the Music School Complex). The photo was taken in April 1987.
