Finishing works at the build Presidium of the Municipal National Council in Tychy (now Tychy City Hall). The façade is decorated with mosaics designed by Stanisław Kluska. The street by which the building stands was originally called Paprocańska (Rewolucji Październikowej Avenue from 1968 to 1989, now Niepodległości Avenue.
