Construction of the Presidium of the Municipal National Council in Tychy (Tychy City Hall). On the right, a fragment of the Social Organisations House, which housed, among others, the Poviat Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party (now the Feliks Rybicki Music School Complex in Tychy). The street by which the building stands was originally called Paprocańska (Rewolucji Październikowej Avenue from 1968 to 1989, now Niepodległości Avenue.
